The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for representing the Digideck, engaging prospective clients, overseeing the sports and enterprise sales teams, establishing new accounts and maintaining a high level of significant growth and sales activity. While over 350+ organizations worldwide including the biggest, most iconic brands in sports and Fortune 500 have chosen to use the Digideck, there are still many more potential clients and industries such as media and entertainment who could utilize the Digideck services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational direction to the organization’s revenue-driving functions to achieve ambitious growth goals.
Develop sales goals and objectives including sales volume, cost of sales, product profitability, and provide accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Strategically establish market penetration and growth strategies with an eye towards driving top-line revenue.
Prospect and close relationships with key target clients.
Expand, lead and train sales team of sport and enterprise focused sellers.
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, for new business and renewal revenue streams, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
Set departmental KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales initiatives while encouraging the achievement of overall sales and business targets.
Determine pricing strategy and execution for both existing and new markets.
Understand and execute the company vision and the revenue strategy across all relevant functions and ensure the right goals are defined and met, identifying creative ways to grow the business.
Lead presentations with prospective clients, establishing relationships and closing deals.
Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, proposals, and follow ups.
Establish and model high performance expectations on various dimensions (work ethic, attitude, teamwork, creativity, business ethics, etc.)
Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements
10+ years of successful enterprise and/or sports sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industries selling 6+ figure deals.
Previous experience building and leading a sales team; crushing month, quarter, and year-end goals.
Must have experience as a key leader within a growth-focused organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
Experience with organizing and/or operating a business, while successfully maintaining and growing customer base and relationships.
Has a strong established network in the Sports, Media, Entertainment and Enterprise business.
