Following a comprehensive national search led by Turnkey Search Managing Director Gene DeFilippo, Georgia Tech has announced Geoff Collins as their next Head Football Coach.  A Conyers, Georgia native, Collins returns to Georgia Tech where he previously served as a graduate assistant and recruiting coordinator earlier in his career.

Collins most recently served as Head Football Coach for Temple University, leading the Owls to a 15-10 record to go along with trips to bowl games in each season during his tenure. An ascending figure in the collegiate coaching ranks, his 15 wins at Temple were the most ever in the first two seasons by a head coach at the school. Collins also spent several years as a Defensive Coordinator at the University of Florida, Mississippi State University and Florida International University.
