Churchill Downs Hires Earl Biggett as Senior Director, Safety & Security

Churchill Downs Racetrack and Turnkey Search are proud to announce the hire of Earl Biggett as Senior Director, Safety & Security. Biggett will report directly to Kevin Flanery, President of Churchill Downs Racetrack. In his new role, Biggett will serve as the primary driver of the development and execution of all safety and security plans and programs for Churchill Downs Racetrack.

Previously, Biggett was an Assistant Security Manager for the City of Orlando Venues, where he was hired to tighten and oversee security of the city’s venues, including the Amway Center (home of the Orlando Magic), Camping World Stadium and Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, among others. Prior to this, he held numerous roles within the FBI for 18 years, including Supervisory Special Agent and Chief of Terrorist Screening Operations. He obtained his M.S. in Homeland Security Management from Long Island University and his B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida.
