New York Giants | VP or SVP | East Rutherford, NJ

Background

Founded in 1925, the New York Football Giants (“Giants” or “we”) have a rich history as one of the NFL's cornerstone franchises.  In order to build further on this rich legacy, we are considering the possibility of adding (or internally promoting) talent to our front office. The talent we wish to consider could potentially be one or two executives, from inside or outside the organization, to oversee, manage and continue to grow the commercial business operations of the Giants, specifically, revenue growth and maintenance, sales and client services, event planning and execution, and the collection, analysis and exploitation of revenue from new digital technologies to drive brand value and recognition and achieve the team’s revenue targets, as described below.

The Giants are not wedded to a particular title or titles, but rather are focused on the substance of considering highly qualified and experienced business executives with a stellar track record of leadership, team-building, culture creation and continued growth in the following areas: sponsorships (sales & activation); premium hospitality (sales & service); ticket sales & service; marketing, communications and all forms of storytelling and content-creation on all platforms; media production & distribution; high-end guest experience, retail businesses; licensing, etc.

The successful candidate(s) shall demonstrate extensive sales & marketing expertise and big results, combined with a tight alignment with our core values:  integrity, honesty, diversity, accountability and results. The successful executive(s) shall work closely with ownership, senior management and other departments to develop and implement a growth plan for the organization.  We define “growth” as more than financial:  (i) grow revenue; (ii) grow the Giants brand and reputation, customer satisfaction & engagement; (iii) grow community benefit metrics; (iv) grow, mentor, develop & inspire the talent base inside the Giants; and (v) grow the Giants into new areas which leverage innovation and seek new avenues of business development.

Interested candidates should contact Turnkey Search directly. Contacting the New York Giants will delay consideration of your qualifications.
