Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and integrate large amounts of information from various sources to create both standardized and custom reports and plans for the Learfield National Sales team. These reports include, but are not limited to, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide, plan and manage the design, development, and implementation of sales analyses and comparative reports including but not limited to trend analysis, category analysis, pro forma analysis and pricing/discounting analyses.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of salesforce practices and provide insight into sales representatives’ productivity as well as provide high-level analysis/reports on pipeline management.
  • Build upon and streamline existing data sources with current data streams to develop efficient resources that provide easily analyzed, actionable data.
  • Streamline and standardize analysis and reporting across the department and business line while continuing to enhance customized reports.
  • Work with the Finance and Sales reporting teams to ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity in data reporting while utilizing digitalized metrics and CRM dashboards.
  • Provide sales management with performance reporting and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Lead training efforts associated with the CRM reports and dashboards.
  • Work towards measurable improvements to process, systems, tools and related technologies.
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for internal and executive customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or a discipline with a quantitative focus, including but not limited to: mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, operations research, marketing or related discipline; advanced degree preferred, but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field required.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of KORE ProSports and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, work well under multiple deadlines, be able to communicate well over the phone, and demonstrate a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work extended and flexible hours is required.
  • Experience in the sports and entertainment industry preferred, but not required.
