Located in the quaint Philadelphia suburb of Haddonfield, NJ, Turnkey is looking to add a hardworking, resourceful and hungry individual to support our research team as an intern.

Position Details:

The Sales & Service Intern’s role will be to contribute to all life-stages of Turnkey’s product sales and servicing – including back end administration and CRM management, Surveyor Network Study project coordination, webinar development and execution planning and related internal and external communication. This position will interact directly with all members of the sales and service team and its client properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales reps with CRM management and organization, tracking
  • Assist Service manager with troubleshooting on software products for clients
  • Assist Sales reps with executing seasonal Surveyor Network Study projects, including survey programming and editing based on client request, communication to client on status of project life cycle, data checking and tracking of client status in project timeline
  • Assist Service rep with outbound client communication/marketing including monthly emails and social media, as well as helping organize and facilitate monthly/quarterly client webinars
  • Be a fresh voice in our never-ending quest to optimize our processes and grow our business

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Considerations:

  • This is an unpaid internship which has to be completed for school credit
  • Estimated hours per week is 20-24. Schedule will be mutually agreed upon prior to start date.
