Located in the quaint Philadelphia suburb of Haddonfield, NJ, Turnkey is looking to add a hardworking, resourceful and hungry individual to support our research team as an intern.

Position Details:

The Research Intern’s role will be to contribute to all life-stages of custom research projects – from study design to report preparation and including related internal and possibly – external communication. This position will interact directly with all members of the custom research group and its vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Research Managers/Directors in questionnaire design, survey programming and testing
  • Act as troubleshooter and problem solver throughout life cycle of projects
  • Conduct questionnaire review prior to survey programming and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to the Quality Assurance protocol for all survey research programs
  • Manage study fieldwork – internal and when utilizing third-party online panel providers
  • Analyze data from various sources and prepare study reports
  • Facilitate analysis of services against Service Level Agreements and regular assessments
  • Be a fresh voice in our never-ending quest to optimize our processes and grow our business
